AB Noveo Consult is the fruit of the long experience of its founder, and of its aspiration to offer a personalized and reactive service, in all areas of intellectual property, with a strong specialization in all aspects of intellectual property related to technological innovations (patents, know-how, software, partnership, ...) in all industrial sectors.
AB Noveo Consult is a member of the French IP Attorneys Institute (CNCPI) and the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI), and represents its clients directly in front of the main Intellectual Property National Offices such as the French (INPI), Belgian (OPRI), and British (UKPTO) Intellectual Property Offices, the European Patent Office (EPO), or the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
AB Noveo Consult has also built an international network of associates, chosen within the framework of a demanding selection process, for all actions throughout the world that require the support of a local representative.
Based in Lille, North of France, AB Noveo Consult operates of course in the French region of Hauts-de-France, but also in other French regions and abroad, by counselling, assisting and representing its clients in designing an adapted strategy in terms of intellectual property, protecting and giving value to their innovations and associated intellectual property assets,, and finding the best position with respect of third-parties rights.
Olivier Cochonneau , engineer in applied mathematics and computer science (INSA) and graduate of the Center for International Studies of Intellectual Property (CEIPI), began his career in industry in R&D, before becoming an Examiner at the European Patent Office , then to become an Industrial Property Attorney and Authorized Agent at the European Patent Office.
After several years of experience in various large French and European firms, he created AB Noveo Consult with the aim of offering a personalized and strategic service for the development of his clients' projects.
