Personal data protection, confidentiality and security 

Our activity leads us to collect and process personal data, such as the name and surname of an individual, postal or electronic address, telephone number. We are bound by the ethical rules governing the profession of Intellectual Property Attorneys, and take all measures to ensure the protection, confidentiality and security of such data in accordance with the applicable provisions, in particular Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of persons with regard to personal data, and Law No. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018 on the protection of personal data.

Whether it is the data of our customers, visitors to our website, partners or associates, employees or collaborators, candidates for a recruitment or internship, we only collect and process data strictly necessary for operating our services, for legal purposes only and in an exclusively professional context.
 

We shall retain this data only for the duration necessary for the operations for which it has been collected and processed, within the period of the applicable regulations and during the period of limitation as applicable. As a result, our clients' data is retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, and then five years after the end of the contractual relationship.

 

In accordance with the applicable rules, every person has a right of access, rectification, detetion of personal data concerning him/her, a right to limit the processing of such data, a right of opposition, a right to the portability of such data. You also have the right to send us special instructions on the fate of your personal data, after your death. To exercise such rights, you may send:
